NUTRITION CONSULTING

The First Pillar of Service we offer is Nutrition Consulting. We have been told in the Past that Diet is the First Part about Getting Shape and Transforming, but never Told EXACTLY what to do as far your Body Goals are Concerned. We Help our Clients by Evaluating what they have been in taking, tell them where they are correct or incorrect as far as their Nutrition is concerned, and through partnership with them, team to pick the best foods we possibly can for their goals. That way they Like what they are eating and if they Like What they are Eating, then they are very likely to stick to it and get Long term Weight Loss. This has Led to so many of the Body Transformations we have Had in the Past and Even Now.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

The Second Pillar of Service we offer is Semi-Private Personal Fitness Training. When a Person Walks through the Door, the first thing they will get is a Proper Dynamic Warm up for 15 to 20 min so their muscles will be Prepared for the Workout Session. They will then Proceed to do the Resistance Training that is applicable for their Fitness Level at that Time thus taking them from the basic to more the advanced Exercises Depending on the improvement of their Conditioning and Strength Endurance. We do this so Everybody No Matter What Fitness Level gets the Optimal Work Out. After the Training Session, We we go to our Warm/Cool Down Room for Proper Warm Down Exercises/ Cool Down Stretches. This Competes All Phases that are required for a PROFESSIONAL WORKOUT SESSION.

BLOOD WORK FOR REAL HEALTH CHECK

We assist the Client with knowing exactly where they are with getting their Blood Work. They are Able to Quickly See if they have High Cholesterol, High Blood Sugars, at Risk for Diabetes, or even better signs that they are HEALING and GETTING BETTER over TIME. We have observed many Clients able to get off many Medications as their Results Improved Remarkably over Time. It is amazing to see these changes in real Time and we Celebrate with them as we know they are Extending their Life, for their Family, Friends, and most of All, for themselves.

Accurate Total Body Composition Measurements

Although Weight is a Great Determinate of a Clients Progress, however it doesn’t present the whole Picture. We use the InBody 570 and Fit 3D Scan to Measure your Water, Lean Dry Mass, Fat Mass, BMI, Body Fat Percent, Muscle Mass, Segmental Lean Mass and Fat Mass on your Extremities and Trunk so you can know where the fat is located and SO MUCH MORE. Through This Data you will HAVE the REAL PICTURE of PROGRESS and not have to Doubt Weather you are moving Forward. COOL RIGHT?? :)

Accountability Success Support Groups

There is no Denying that We are Strong Enough to get to a goal when we put our Mind to it, but what happens when the mind may not slip some because of Past Habits. The Beauty of our Program is that you are placed in groups of motivated people who would like nothing but to see you succeed. Nobody is alone here. Even the strongest people need help sometimes and it proves it even more when they are not afraid to ask for help. We track your weight to Keep you accountable to your goal and if you get off track, respond accordingly. We also watch for your success and respond accordingly as well as it is great be moving toward your goals. Getting down on yourself is what people normally do and they give up if something seems to hard. We encourage people to speak about it before it happens so we can help them before they derail themselves. We also get our Master Students to Encourage everyone by showing their results and making it real!
